This chandelier is created from handmade paper roses and peas, giving it a rustic, homemade look perfect for any room in your home.
 
 
It's also been created by country women in Poland for generations, so you can feel good about helping to support these skills that are passed down in the family. This design exist only in the north east of Poland (Kurpie), which is famous for the most colourful folk art. They call it kierec and it is supposed to bring luck and happiness to your home. Created for Easter or Christmas, country women used it to brighten up their homes.
 
 
Now you can use this chandelier for birthdays, parties, or even just as a beautiful decoration for your home!

The Kierec is made from 16 hand made paper roses and 12 strings of peas that were thread manually. This design is a work of labour and love and cherishes old skills that can be shared with you.
